Customize your listings with our new feature

Do you have a new hot listing that you needed to market yesterday? I’m sure, we’ve all been there.  But, since you know your clients you know that all of them are looking for different features within a listing. Some might want a pool and a great yard, others might yearn for a modern kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. Needless to say, buyers these days know what they want and it’s your job to aim your marketing accordingly.

Luckily, Rezora has a handy new feature that allows you to create customized copies of your listings from the MLS to best fit your marketing needs.  The custom copy feature allows you to change any part of the property description, change the order of your listing’s photos, and even add additional images. To create a custom copy of a listing, please go to the My Account tab, and choose the My Listings selection. This will bring you to a page where you can view all of your listings. You will notice, below each listing is a blue button that says “Create a Custom Copy”.  Click on that button, and you are on your way to creating a custom copy of your listing.

Make all the changes you wish, and then remember to save your changes.

After you’ve created your custom copy this listing will be available for you to drag and drop into your marketing piece. Please just make sure you select “custom” from the drop down menu in the “Add Property Listings” section.  But, please keep in mind that because these listings are “custom” and reside only within Rezora, when your recipients click on your listing it links them back to the Rezora site and shows your listing info and agent contact information.

If you would like more information about creating custom copies of listings, please contact support by clicking the green help tab or emailing support@rezora.com.

Family Reunion

Matching T-shirts? Check. Obnoxious baggage? Check. Family reunion? CHECK! Well, not exactly, but close enough. This week I’m so excited to be reunited with my Rezora siblings from Atlanta, Hugh and Amy. What’s the occasion you might ask? We are headed to St. Louis to put on a training for Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty.

Although trainings are a lorry load of work, as our trainer Amy would tell you in her proper British accent, it is definitely worth it! Brokerages who opt for in- house Rezora training, like Dielmann, have higher adoption rates from their agents and an increased unified marketing push.

Training starts tomorrow morning, I’ll keep you posted on how it goes. Hopefully Hugh will like the matching dresses I brought. We need to look like a team, right?
